Class Registration

Registration is now online! If you need to register for a class, please view the class calendar on the Training Registry. You will need your unique username and password to log in under the Providers tab. If you are not sure what your username and password are, please contact our offices so we may assist you.

After you have logged in under the Providers tab, you will see a menu to the left. At the top of the menu, click on Class Calendar to view the current classes and select those you want to register for.

Registration Forms
If you do not have a way to sign up for our classes online, you can still register using a registration form. After you find a class you would like to take, download and print a registration form. Please fill out the name, location, date and cost of the class. Mail it with your payment to our Cedar City office. Please print and mail both sides of the registration form. We must receive it at least 3 days prior to the start of class. You can download a registration form here.

Important Changes to Food Handler's Class!
Utah Public Health Departments are now offering Food Handler's Classes online! Because of the ease and convenience of this new process, Child Care Resource & Referral, Western Region will no longer be holding these classes. For more information, visit www.swuhealth.org or call your local public health department to take a Food Handler's Class during the day.


CEU Homework
Endorsement classes have Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit available. If you are interested in obtaining CEU homework, please visit the CCPDI website. If there is credit available for the class you are taking, you will be able to download and print homework.

Non-CAC Child Care Training
Some classes you may wish to take are not listed on our registration form, such as CPR and First Aid training. Refer to the training pages in our newsletter to view a list of these classes with accompanying contact information.

The Utah Career Ladder Professional Development Programs now have one easy application! Simply fill out one form and you're done.

The Training Registry
If you have already received a level or bonus, visit the Training Registry to see where you are on the Career Ladder. You'll be able to view your transcript to see what classes you have already taken and also view which classes you still need to move up on the Career Ladder. (Get help with the Training Registry)

CDA Information

Early Childhood Collaboration Conference
Designed to provide a quality training experience that brings together the many partners in our early childhood community. The goal is to educate each other on who we are and how we all fit together. Held annually on the Southern Utah University campus in Cedar City, Utah.

Utah Early Childhood Conference
Early childhood professionals from Utah and surrounding areas gather every year to explore new ideas for creating communities where every child's potential is realized. This conference will be held March 22, 2014 on the Weber State University campus in Ogden, Utah.
